Anne Mullin Steps Down as England Hockey Match Official

Saturday 3rd Feb saw Anne Mullin’s last designated appointment as Technical Officer in the EHL West Conference League when she officiated at the Swansea City Spartans match versus Oxford Hawks. Anne is known for her many varied roles throughout hockey over a large number of years, and she has officiated in the Conference West League since its inception.

Following the game Anita Atkinson from Swansea City Spartans said:

Anne always discharged her duties in a pleasant and efficient manner and it has been a pleasure to be associated with her in this Technical Officer role. The Spartans management, coach and players would all like to express their appreciation and thank her for her long and dedicated involvement, she will be missed.  We wish Anne all the very best in her retirement from her English league duties and feel sure that she will still be involved in the ‘Welsh Hockey Family’. Anne will always be welcome at KGV whenever possible, where she will find a cup of hot chocolate waiting for her.
