So what's the difference:

• Tutors - officials who can deliver Level 1 course
• Assessors - officials who can assess potential Level 1 umpires
• Mentors & Coaches - officials who can watch and advise those umpires wanting to develop their umpiring careers
• Umpire Managers - officials who can coach umpires at the higher levels
